Ah yes. Fred the council worker. Inspired by my time working at a local council in England. The litter pickers there were the laziest bunch of blokes you could have ever met. Not that they didnt work. They certainly did. Everyone had at least two work breaks a day, where they would put down their newspapers, books and cups of tea to get out and collect litter. An exaggeration? Maybe for some, but certainly not for other. Anyhow, here is Fred in the front seat of his Ford Ranger pickup, starting a busy day at work.
